This is our Dark Roast Ka'u Estate Coffee. It has a more robust flavor and less caffeine than lighter roasts. There are two types of coffee, Robusta and Arabica. We cultivate Arabica coffee at about 1700 elevation at 'Ailani Orchards in the district of Ka'u on the Big Island, Hawaii. We offer whole beans sealed for freshness. Grind as needed to preserve flavor. Store in a dry area NOT the fridge.
