By NOT roasting them (which takes 15 minutes and destroys the OMEGAS), the health benefits are preserved! Our dehydrated nuts contain a whopping 80% mono-saturated fat, with all the Omegas (3, 6, and 9), fiber, protein, calcium, potassium preserved at a higher level than roasted nuts. This is our decadently delicious Organic Macadamia Nut Butter with Dark French Chocolate. It only has those 2 ingredients with NO artificial colors, preservatives, or sugar added. Simply must be experienced several times in a lifetime! It is pressure sealed for freshness, but once the seal is opened, consume. The rest can go in the fridge and be finished within a week or so. IT’S ONOLICIOUS!

It is wonderful to live in such an environment and to be caretakers of this precious land.
